The IEEE PES ISGT Middle East 2025 (ISGT-ME 2025) is organized by IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) and University of Dubai, UAE, from November 23-26th 2025 in Dubai, UAE.

The aim of the conference is to provide an international forum for experts and practitioners to promote, share, and discuss innovations and developments in the field of smart grid technologies, power systems and related applications. The academic and industrial community will address new challenges and share solutions at the interface of technology, information, and complex systems, and discuss future research directions. ISGT-ME 2025 will feature keynotes, plenary sessions, paper, and poster sessions, industry presentations, and panels by worldwide experts on the smart grid and related technologies
